What can i do about my teeth grinding, it%26#039;s getting so bad, my teeth are in such bad condition, that i cannot eat anything sweet because they are so sensitive now..
I can%26#039;t seem to wear a nightguard because it makes me feel like i%26#039;m going to gag and its very uncomfortable, (I got one of those types that is supposed to mold to your teeth) .. I have no medical insurance, so i can%26#039;t resort to a dentist, but i%26#039;m ruining my teeth and i don%26#039;t know what to do!

Your worried about something before your sleep, try relaxing before you sleep and don%26#039;t worry about anything.
Reply:look in the mirror and see if your jaw is misaligned, try opening and shutting it, if it opens to one side its not in proper alignment and needs adjusted
Reply:oh goodness, my dad grinds his teeth in his sleep too. it%26#039;s very bad and he hasnt found anything to do about it until today
