Teeth grinding?
please see your dentist and get a hard mouthpiece. The cheap soft ones you buy in a store can do more harm than good.
Reply:Theres these things you can buy it%26#039;s like a mouthguard that you put in when you sleep. Just go to your local drugstore and pick some up.
Reply:You should see your dentist and have a bite- plate made (they can be made in hard or soft material--the soft ones are cheaper) And they really work to prevent damage to your teeth enamel.

Step 1:

Make an appointment with your dentist, who will make a custom mouthpiece for you to wear at night. This will prevent further damage to your teeth and may reduce your tendency to grind.

Step 2:

Ask your dentist to file down your %26quot;high spots,%26quot; which are any teeth that interfere with a comfortable, aligned bite.

Step 3:

Hold a warm, damp cloth next to your face for 10 minutes before you go to bed to help calm your jaw muscles.

Step 4:

Relax before bedtime by meditating, taking a hot bath or stretching.

Step 5:

Reduce alcohol and caffeine consumption.

Step 6:

Learn to reduce stress. Take stress management classes and learn relaxation techniques.
