Teeth grinding?

my teeth are really small in the back from top to bottom and i was wondering if they can grow back into full size, cause now they are half the size they are.

Teeth grinding?
They do not grow back. If you are still grinding your teeth, consult your dentist about having some type of appliance/guard/splint made. It will not stop the grinding (bruxism) but it will protect your teeth from more damage.

Also, your dentist can advise you on if you should consider some type of restoration of your back teeth.
Reply:i don%26#039;t think they%26#039;ll grow back, sry
Reply:you cannot get them to grow back to full size. the best thing is to see a dentist who will probably be able to cap or crown them so they will be the correct size. if you grind your teeth, this is what can happen. you need to use a mouth guard at night.
Reply:They wont grow back. However if your grinding your teeth, go see your dentist to make you a night guard to prevent you from grinding on your teeth and damaging them.
Reply:Actually, ask about a splint for your teeth. I am in the process of getting one. It is better then a night guard cause a night guard just protects your teeth from grinding against eachother. You still grind and over time, your teeth will still lose the enamel as they have been doing. A splint is worn like a night guard but actually fits in a way to where you are unable to grind at all. I am a heavy grinder and I actually got my last Wisdom Tooth pulled this afternoon (ouch!) and once it fully heals, I am getting a splint. Obviously it is more expensive then a night guard but if you are concerned, this might be the way to go. Talk it over with your dentist. Sorry.... teeth dont grow back! =(
Reply:My brother while sleeping would grind his teeth but the doctor gave him a plastic tooth ring to have while he%26#039;s sleeping. The thing is it he doesn%26#039;t grind his teeth during the day only at night. Now he is fine his teeth is normal. But in your case it would seem this would take place if you were a young person. If not by all means see a dentist.
