Teeth grinding?
maybe try one of those sports mouth guards that you can buy at any sporting goods store in place of a dental mouth guard. sorry about the problems you are having. insurance...they love to take our money when we are healthy, but hate to oay out.My little boy had to have dental surgery, at the hospital when he was 3, the dentist refused to do any work any other way, insurance refused to pay....best wishes
Reply:There is a guard I think that you can get from the drug store. Saw it on TV, go to CVS or RiteAid and grab one.
Reply:omg sry i wish i could help
Reply:try wearing a mouth guard like ones the football players wear. Cheaper and it may just work. If not, the dentist made one will be cheaper in the long run instead of paying for so much dental work, the time and pain involved.....
Reply:You can get a mouthpiece at wal-mart or Target in the sporting goods section. Football players %26amp; boxers use them to protect their teeth, but you could use it at night to make the grinding less damaging.
Reply:I%26#039;m going to leach onto your question because I grind my teeth too. Want a star for hosting my parasitic tendencies? K.

Oh, I turn the thermostat down low to sleep...colder air seems to help.

give this a try its very inexpensive. if all else fails you have only wasted 10 bucks but if it works you have saved hundreds and your teeth
